  Personal Training: Tailored to you and your specific goals. Whether you want to lose weight or improve strength, stamina, flexibility, or muscle tone. We can even round out your fitness plan with nutrition and weight management counseling!
 
  Training for Health Conditions: Arthritis, joint and back problems, osteoporosis, balance or postural problems? Our trainers will first assess your specific health issues, and then design a progressive, functional and fun one-on-one program.

  Sport-specific Training: Fitness Center experts will evaluate your current condition and suggest a customized training program, incorporating highly functional equipment, free weights and machines to effectively overcome the challenges in achieving your optimal fitness level.

  Group Training: Not only do U-Club trainers work one-on-one with members, but we also work with small groups with similar goals. It’s fun, cost-effective and will take your exercise to the next level with some friendly competition! 

  Group Classes: Participate in our ongoing group exercise and aerobics classes, at no extra charge! Body Sculpting, Cycling, Yoga, Pilates Low-impact and senior aerobics and more! Classes change quarterly to add variety to your fitness activities. 

  Personal Nutrition Programs & Wellness Evaluation: From nutrition for the busy traveler to raising healthy children, vegetarian eating and weight management. . . The U-Club staff can put wellness back into your life, with one-hour sessions and customized programs.
